HR Forum of FORCA HR Management & Support Center

On June 9^th 2015, FORCA HR Management & Support Center opened a forum for second quarter of 2015 for foreign invested companies. The forum was held in order to facilitate management environment of foreign companies. To maximize understanding of pending issues of labor relation and personnel management, Prefessor Jong-Hee Park from Korea University and Korea Labor Foundation has co-hosted the forum.

The forum was very successful with around 45people who have participated in the forum. The lecture from Professor Jong-Hee Park was constructed to see the both side of employees and employers points of view. The lecture was to help to find the correlations between the views from the people and law.
